This guide assumes that you have already created your in-game account and have installed the latest patches up to: 3.3.3a (11723).

How to Connect using a Windows OS

1. Locate your World of Warcraft folder, usually in C:/Program Files/World of Warcraft.
2. Open the "Data" folder.
3. Open the "enUS" or "enGB" folder.
4. Locate your realmlist.wtf file and open it with Notepad. (Opening it with any other program risk the file saving incorrectly) 
5. Edit your realmlist.wtf file to look like this: 

   set realmlist logon.evolutionwow.org

6. Save the realmlist.wtf file and open WoW.exe. 
   • Do not use the Launcher as if new patches come out it will automatically patch you, even though we may not support it.

How to Connect using Mac OS

1. Locate your World of Warcraft folder, usually in /Applications/World of Warcraft.
2. Open the "Data" folder.
3. Open the "enUS" or "enGB" folder.
4. Locate your realmlist.wtf file and open it with Textedit. (Opening it with any other program risk the file saving incorrectly)
5. Edit your realmlist.wtf file to look like this:

set realmlist logon.evolutionwow.org
